Bidding procedure and Confidentiality
Given the singular nature of this 1,34 million sqm peninsula, its sale is conducted as a structured, competitive bidding process in which confidentiality is paramount — in the interests of both the seller and every prospective buyer. The process unfolds in clearly defined stages, each governed by explicit protocols and communicated timelines.
Stage 1 — Expression of Interest
Submitting the form on this page constitutes your Expression of Interest and marks your entry into the process. You will promptly receive a comprehensive information package covering the property’s location, physical characteristics, as well as transportation links, available services, and island’s infrastructure.
Stage 2 — NDA & Due Diligence
Advancing beyond the information package requires the execution of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), which grants access to our encrypted data room — containing the detailed technical and legal documentation required for a thorough evaluation of the opportunity.
At this stage, prospective buyers may also request a site visit, enabling authorised technical teams to conduct a direct on-site assessment of the property. Site visits are optional, but recommended as part of a rigorous Due Diligence process.
Stage 3 — Non-Binding Offer
All parties in receipt of the information package will be given a defined timeframe to complete their Due Diligence process and submit a Non-Binding Bid. Every submission will receive a formal response. Selected parties will be invited to proceed with a final, binding offer.
Stage 4 — Short List & Final Negotiations
Binding offers will determine a Short List of preferred candidates. The seller will enter into direct negotiations with shortlisted parties, working toward the finalization of a sales agreement.
All stages are time-bound and governed by clearly communicated protocols.
Every participant will be kept fully informed throughout the process.
